Hey everyone, I know it's been quite awhile since the last time I did a reveiw back before the summer. Today we venture back into the gaming world for another amazing review by yours truely. So...what should we look at today? There has been a number of fantastic hits that have come out since the summmer. Maybe some Modern Warfare 2? Assassins Creed 2 maybe? And hell...just so I can have three sequels in this opening....perhaps you would like a review of Left 4 Dead 2. No, no my friends, those games have been reveiwed to death already, and I'm sure you all have either played them, or read a reveiw elsewhere already. No, today we shall be reveiwing the epic title that is.....

So where to begin with this "game"? I've give you a quick back story...and I mean real quick as I don't even have the paitence to try and explain it that well.
You play as the grizzled special forces operative Dick Marcinko, who is surprisingly a real person who was actually a Navy SEAL. You and your team get dropped into 1980's North Korea to stop the country from using nuclear weapons? Maybe it was to stop them from transporting them to another country....it's never really clear. Well, after your team gets blown up by a grenade, it up to you to do some badass stuff. That's essentially all the story that I know as I played the game for a total of one hour before I was putting it back in the box.
It's sad really, because from what I've seen this game probably could have been on par with splinter cell if they had actually made the game more stealth oriented. The title is touted as being as first/third person shooter with some stealth elements. However to say that is like saying that Halo has stealth elements. While there are points where you can sneak up on enemies in both...that's not how the game plays through for the entirety. At best you may get to sneak up on some poor soldier and bash his brains in...however the same effect can be done by running up to them as quick kill button is useable regardless of whether you're sneaking or charging down a soldier.

Ha ha! I slit your throat!!
Oh...did I happen to mention that anytime you doing something....such as do a quick kill, shoot someone or throw a grenade that Marcinko drops an F-Bomb? Oh yeah....he does....and it gets old after the 3rd or 4th time. I'm assuming that if you're a 12 year old that this happening every other second is probably fairly entertaining, however for those of us who are older than this it gets very annoying.
So I don't think there's anything good I can say about this game, the graphics are choppy, the voice acting while not terrible still leaves alot to be desired. The controls are sloppy at best and jumping between first and third person gets extremely distracting.
It's extremely disapointing that Bethesda even has their name associated with this, one would hope that with a them being a part of this game, that it would have been at least decent. The Eh Button crew gives Rogue Warrior 2 F-Bombs out of 10
